    Holiday Catering Form 2025

    Thank you for choosing Earl’s Cajun Market for you holiday orders. Please fill out all of the following information as completely as possible. Any special request should be noted in the special instructions section, including the desired weight on specific meats. Keep in mind that our hours are 7am-7pm Mon-Sat and 8am-7pm on Sun. Thanksgiving day, all orders must be picked up by 10:30am. Any orders not picked up by 11am will be donated and your credit card will be charged. Credit cards will only be charged in this situation, otherwise they are destroyed upon pickup. Thank you for your business and Happy Holidays.
